Tonight was another gaming night. My friend Tariq wanted to host a gaming night, and 7 of us decided to come in and play. Tonight's game was Arkham Horror, which isn't the easiest game to understand, when first looking at it, but it is a fun game. If you ever feel like playing the world of H.P. Lovecraft, try this game out!

Another gaming Sunday...
Tonight was another gaming night. My friend Tariq wanted to host a gaming night, and 7 of us decided to come in and play. Tonight's game was Arkham Horror, which isn't the easiest game to understand, when first looking at it, but it is a fun game. If you ever feel like playing the world of H.P. Lovecraft, try this game out!

ReplyDeleteHahaha... we had to stop playing as it was midnight! But I'm sure we would have finished the game with a win! We had 6 portals closed and Blaise's character died, and we lost one portal, but we only needed 2 more to finish the game and 2 were permanently closed portals! It was a fun time, but I'm still not a huge fan of the game.
ReplyDeleteGuess you weren't playing with the expansion that has some mythos cards with gate burst (unseal them). Those are really annoying.
ReplyDeleteWe decided to not play with expansions as half of the table had never played Arkham Horror. We still had a lot of fun, lots of laugh, good time! Are we still playing tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteWow I never heard of all these fancy games that you play! I grew up on the basic games: Monopoly, Risk, Super Nintendo but this looks really fun! :)
